Basic Bathroom Redesign

This package requires an initial consultation - please purchase our Interior Design Consultation package prior to moving forward with the Basic Bathroom Reno package.
Bathrooms are one of the most challenging rooms to renovate - they may be one of the smallest rooms in your home, but with help from a designer you will realize all of the possibilities with your update.
This package is intended for a single bathroom refresh. It may include:

• development and presentation of design ideas, options, and concepts
• development of room layouts, renderings, and other design drawings as necessary
• development of construction drawings as necessary
• sourcing and selection of flooring and tile
• design, sourcing, and selection of cabinetry including finish, style, and hardware
• sourcing and selection of wall and window treatments
• sourcing and selection of plumbing fixtures (sink, tub, shower, faucet)
• sourcing and selection of furniture, decor, and accessories as applicable
• recommendations and assistance in selection of contractors
• purchase of design selections on your behalf
• finishing touches

Extra-large bathrooms or renovations with excessive layout changes (moving walls, doors, or windows) may require extra design hours, to which extra charges will apply. If project and contractor management is requested, we can provide this service for an additional fee. We will discuss any additional design investment required during your initial consultation.
This package is intended specifically for bathrooms. For kitchens, please use our Basic Kitchen package. For assistance on general renovations, we recommend our Day with a Designer or Designer by your Side packages. If you have a specific budget with specific room design goals, you may find that our Full Service Room Design package meets your needs.
